How does it work?
Upon signing up TILTING HORIZONS LLC will take over the operations of your computer infrastructure. The infrastructure is inventoried, and documented, including your business critical applications. Within 7 business days you will be presented with an improvement plan, and a recommendation to build a more robust operating environment, including a minimum work-log that is needed before your environment is supportable. We will help you budget, and prepare for future growth and expansion in terms of your computer infrastructure. You will be made aware of any potential issues long before they become evident and too costly. At TILTING HORIZONS LLC we will monitor your critical infrastructure, and promote strict change management that will help your business flourish. Each month you are allocated the amount of service calls proportional to your business need. If you need help, you turn the service call into a ticket, and a virtual technician is dispatched to correct the issue. Standard maintenance is not counted against your service calls. Rest assured, you will not be turning your service call for a service that is critical for smooth operation of your business; this includes all necessary security patches, capacity optimization, and etc.

What is the response time?
The response time depends on our service level agreement. The usual agreement is same business day. We may not be able to fix your issue the same day, but we will have someone working on it shortly after you report it.
What are the service coverage hours?
The same business day turnaround is currently only available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM CST, excluding all bank and government holidays. We are working towards providing this service 24/7/365.
Who can sign up?
This service is open to all businesses and non-profits regardless of industry. If your business depends on your computer, you are eligible!
How much does it cost?
